Heart cookies

Hello everyone, today for valentine's day I won't recommend you a book. 

No need to cry if this year again you're not experiencing one of those cute love stories you read in books. I got you with an easy cookie recipe to warm your heart! 

Here's what you need : 

- 200g of sugar

- 150g of butter

-300g flour

-1 egg

-1 tbsp. of vanilla extract

-Jam

Step 1: Mix room temperature butter with the sugar, egg and vamilla extract.

Step 2: Once reached a smooth consistency start slowly adding flour while mixing the dough.

Step 3: When the dough is not sticky grab a pice and squish it with tour hands turning it into a circle shape. Then use a spoon to make a heart in the middle of the cookie and fill the heart with jam.

Step 5: Preheat oven at 250 degrees. When it's time place the cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
